i feel such an urge to rearrange my own room now too lol pro tip from one serial room rearranger to another: i usually map any potential room rearrangements in the sims 4, bc it's not just giving me a topdown view of everything but also an isolateral perspective which is useful for getting ig the "flow" of the room right.

always love your vlogs, for all the reasons you state you make them - it feels like a casual hangout, not trying to impress anyone, just sharing things that make you happy or bits of your life. I'm in my 30s and though I've lived in my city for almost 2 decades I still find myself to be a homebody, and wonder about vlogging as a way to connect with people.. regardless if I ever do it myself, I'm glad to see people making the kind of content that I think we need more of. not everyone is a successful artist packaging 600 orders in 2 weeks, not everyone can spend a lot of money, etc, it's not healthy to compare yourself to people that curate their life very specifically!!!

I rearranged my bedroom a few weeks ago, for like the 6th time this year, and think I will actually keep this layout. I prioritized my desk space for work and have it on one wall by itself, have my bed in the middle of 2 windows, and have a perfect walkway where I have a long bookshelf. I live in a lower level that gets incredibly cold, so I put my electric heater on one wall, by itself. My room FINALLY feels not cluttered and everything is spread out evenly. Every time I rearrange my bedroom, it always feels a little off. It's like I've at last completed a mission lol. I did post a chill bedroom tour for anyone whose interested in seeing it (:
I rearrange my room approximately 2-4 times a week or every other month. I've discovered that I tend to do so when I feel uncomfortable and in need of a change in my surroundings and energy, often due to clutter in my room.
I go through this too. I finally looked up my unique trait and found your video. I literally need to be outside working on my box trucks wheel hub but I can’t mentally start that project until my room is put together in a way that makes me (like you said) happy.

I just wanted to say thank you for talking about your own struggle with comparison online. I think that the feeling of solidarity coming from your videos comes from your honesty. I think that highlights really mean something when lowlights are seen/discussed too. Image needs contrast. Showing both means even little things can be highlights. The images you paint of your life are a beautiful portrait of your soul.
could not agree more when it comes to designer toys or any collection like it. I am a collector, but I am also a chronic cleaner, and so I will have these giant hoards of toys (because I love to collect) but then will be stressed out by them (because they make it more difficult to clean). it’s a mess. I’m a mess. I get it.
Totally understand your thoughts regarding some vlogging content, but your videos specifically really help me (and I’m sure as others!) I feel like it’s difficult to find content of mid 20 year olds (closest I can think of is more early 20s in college -which is great but there’s so much life after college too!) as well as you’re so approachable and funny, it feels like catching up with a friend after a while rather than wow I feel bad, I need to get it together. a room never seems to feel big enough to fit personal life and work life imo! I def feel the struggle of trying to pack lots of different zones into one small space. also re: little dudes and figures, I also get stressed with too many of them out, so I have a small container of them stored and I just keep 1 or 2 on my desk! then I swap them out every few weeks to give other dudes some fresh air and appreciation :-)

I love your vlogs, you're probably my favourite right now. I noticed a big increase in "It Girl" vlogs since the pandemic, which I watched for a while but have burned out on because my life isn't really particularly great, and I was also feeling that envy. Your vlogs feel more familiar to me, they're more like what was in the big vlog boom in the UK like 10/15 years ago, which felt far more like hanging out with a friend than the highly manicured stuff that seems more popular today.
just a thought, could you not take the long strands of the pothos and with like some pins, pin the longer parts back into the soil so the brown nodes will root, so it's not as long but will also make the plant fuller and not require you to trim it? that way you don't have to work around the strands being a bother/danger? love your slice of real life vlogs : >

I know you said that you're downsizing to prepare to move but you should at least get some bed slats for underneath your mattress because a lot of moisture gets trapped under it which can grow into mold and mildew and cause respiratory problems.
