- We have visited Maldives recently on 24th July to 27th July 2021. We stayed at Sun Siyam Olhuveli resort and it was really nice.
Preparation to Visit Maldives now a days:
1. Need RT-PCR Test before 72 hours of departure from India.
2. Need to fill up imuga from 24 hours before living from India.
3. Need RT-PCR test at Maldives 72 hours before departure from Male airport, which will be done at resort clinic. And it costs 60$ per person.
4. Need to fill up air suvidha form 24 hours before leaving from Maldives to India.
5. You must have completed 2 doses of covid vaccine.
6. Keep 500$ handy with you. (120$ is fix for RT-PCR (60$ per person) and spending of other depends on you)
7. Sports are open now but motorized sports are costly.. and non motorized are affordable like 10$, 20$.
8. Recommended water sport : Kaya King, standing floating board..(Best experienced rides)
9. Infinity pool is one of the best place, don't miss it
10. Don't miss sunset and sunrise
11. Recommendation : International medical insurance for 30 days which will cost you around 4500 Rs. And covers $1 lac per person
Tour Total Budget including shopping was 1.85 lac for 3 night s and 4 days. Which includes
1. Full board meal Plan (Breakfast -Lunch -Dinner)
2. Kayaking (10 $ per hour)
3. RT-PCR Test (Pune and Maldives)
4. Air Ticket
5. Pune to Mumbai and return Cab
6. Shopping of around 233$
7. International Medical Insurance for 30 days 4500 Rs.

At 5.25 i.e photography point is it in the main island or dream island ?
It’s on the main island only.
Did you have the all inclusive package? If so was it ALL inclusive? I've see reviews saying that the package doesn't include all foods and drinks.
No..it was full board plan only. Which contained Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Drink was not added in our plan.

No..We planned through the travel agent actually..and speedboat was included in the package itself. We did not spend single penny for anything else than some shopping
Going in december, have one query how much tip amount you have given to staff ? I have habit of tipping people here in india.
No tipping is required. Staff is so professional there. Even if you give them anything they does not accept. It's not in their policy.

Inclusive or full board plan ?
sure. package was included with full board plan…Speed boat transfer from airport to resort and vice versa. no drinks were included.
we stayed for 4 days 3 nights. actually got 2.5 days to spend there.
budget was 1.85 lac including water sports and shopping.
Budget is totally depend on what you choose, where u spent...it took me around 1.85 lac total including all.

45 Minutes.
Male to resort speed boat charges per person?
It was included in the tour package. We haven't arranged it by ourselve.

Best time to visit Maldives?
I think anytime is best. Cause whether there is totally unpredictable. We visited in July last week.
Doses are compulsory ?
Yes...2 doses are compulsory.

@@tarunshokeen7363 it will ask you while filling imuga immigration form. At our time it was compulsory...there might be a change in policy now. But, make sure to get confirmation from resort on email.

Yes, they do accept.
