    Quite simply one of the best live bands I've ever seen.

    Killer live band. Saw Terrorvision way back in 1999 at Norwich UEA and to this day they are still one of the best bands ive ever seen live! Not saying this lightly because ive seen most heavyweight rock/metal/punk bands and these guys make it into my top 10.

    There are very few perfect albums in the world, most veers from dizzy highs to mediocracy or filler. How to make friends is 100% a perfect album start to finish.

      Sadly I could never get into them in the mid 90's. Different story now tho, along with a few other British bands at the time , they were all criminally underated

    This is the first time I see and hear them.
    I am very demanding.
    And I fell in love with the band in less than twenty seconds.
    And this is very rare,for me.

    Why is this band so overlooked?

    • @Jamal_Tyrone
      @Jamal_Tyrone 4 роки тому +2

      because around the time they existed so did the battle of the bands between oasis and blur so they were mostly lost in the undercurrent so to speak.

    • @lauraaiken4075
      @lauraaiken4075 4 роки тому +1

      Yeh oasis etc were far too popular at this time to compete. Noel writing cracking tunes and shallow as it may be, they had Liam Gallagher as their front man who was just bloody beautiful

      They had a fair amount of chat success at the time. I suppose why are the overlook in the proceeding time? I suppose they're a bit of a fun and goofy band - with a hint of novelty - a very good band though.

      Was a pretty badly organised tour. I saw em in Leeds which was a late addition to the tour so was nowhere near as full as this video but still was an amazing terrorvision gig and same with reef

    Amazing as Terrorvision are, Cameron’s drumming is really overplayed - Shutty’s magic was how well his playing flowed with the songs.

    This DVD is SO annoying. It's clear the entire vocal track wa re-recorded in the studio, which is why there are so few close shots of Tony Wright singing. Also, I suspect a lot of the guitar was replaced as well. Oh well.

  • @Cambrand
    @Cambrand 3 роки тому +2

    Going out on a limb here, but the singer is either playbacked or this is a studio track played over a live performance.
    Don't be a hater, just wondering.

      It’s clearly live. Apart from sounding different to the studio version you can hear him running out of breath at times, when his voice cracks and when he talks to the audience.
