As an injector of 25 years, i still appreciate, enjoy and learn from your videos. And this collaboration with Dr. Subbio was extremely useful and informative. I would recommend any new injector (or experienced one…) watch your videos. Thanks for your work in the field. Best.
many thanks to both of you
Tim, Christian, many thanks to both of yours exceptional genuineness 🙏
Thank you so much for sharing ❤❤ I’ll be seeing Dr Subio in his next training
So much information here, as always. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing this, very helpful with both conversations 👌
Just brilliant ❤ please keep doing these!
Thank you so much for the information. We really appreciate it.
Excellent points thank you . Especially asking the patient what they can feel. 😊
Love, love hearing his perapective!! Thank you
wow! thank you both for your contributions to this industry! Amazing info! I wanted to see final pics of the patient:)
Excellent analysis. Congratulations
Most helpfull Thank you both
Thank you very informative
Very useful information to prick the tissue . Thank you
Ha. Can’t wait for fillers lift debate. It’s just physics. Add volume to anything and the area supporting the volume expands. Hence lift. But looking forward to the discussion.
Good luck ❤❤❤
The audio and visual quality on Dr. Subbio's end was poor, but the discussion was still helpful. Any idea if insurance covers the hyperbaric chamber... or does the practice eat the cost of that like that of the hyaluronidase?
Where have you been in Switzerland?
Good video...was it .3cc or 3 cc in one 'bolus', if it was .3cc, does that mean the number 0.3 on a 1ml syringe?
Yes 0.3ml
Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
is there any way to scan the face vessels first before injecting ?
What do you do with a VO from Radiesse?
Thank you for educating us.
Hello Dr. I woke up with a pimple, and two days later it has turned into a small round white slightly raised circle. My PCP said it wasn't an STD, and going to a Dermatologist. It is making my crazy. It is not a sore, or painful, just a circular discoloration on my upper lip. Is there anything you know of thats not an STD that could start as a small pimple, and last now 3 weeks?
I’m sorry without seeing it we can’t really advice. If you are concerned re visit your dermatologist.
Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Funny
I mix hylase with lidocaine. 😊
Sorry but how can't doc remember the brand of filler? Surely it was documented or known at the time? Doc talking very fast and seems rather hyper🤔
15min in and I am like.....ummmmm.
....what? Don't leave us hanging
Is it the idea of crossing the vessel and a 'small vo' you don't like?
Is this doc sipping on a beer? Get away from me!
You sound very unstable.
Thank you!
This is all you talk about! It’s boring! VOs happen 1:1000 times and when you get it you inject hyaluronidase. You buy a ultrasound and over 50 vids on VOs. This much happen to you a lot. I’m a vascular surgeon and I don’t worry about this. Perhaps the take away is be prepared. Frankly, how many videos and interviews do you need to do on VOs?? I know you’re just a GP (for the laymen, this is the lowest level physician in medicine), but this not rocket science; maybe for you, but not for most of us. 🤷🏻♂️ Get new content.
Dr. Marquess, I wasn't aware that vascular surgeons regularly injected fillers. I think the reason for the content is that there is a perceived market for this content. When someone has an occlusion minutes count and for many, that is a moment of terror in which they are willing to pay for more education on how to be prepared for it. There is literature beyond "inject hyaluronidase" that may improve outcomes, so I'm not sure I find it reasonable to boil it down to a one-step single solution that will immediately reverse all impending necrosis. Most dermatologists still find this terrifying if they are not a regular injector, and I would imagine that a lot of the target audience is non-physicians. You obviously would not be the target audience for many reasons. Maybe it's different in the UK, but I don't have a lot of colleagues who would refer to GPs as the "lowest level physician in medicine." I agree with Dr. Pearce in that this is dripping with arrogance and wreaks of the type of med school classmate would would prefer to put others down to attain their own status. Congratulations on becoming the highest level physician in medicine and attaining an unparalleled standard of professionalism and comradery.
You are so rude
You realise most GP's don't start as GP's? And content is put up that appeals to the audience, you can check the vast library of videos put out that aren't about VOs if you're in the mood for some new content ;)
Yes and I’m a rocket scientist who’s been on a return journey to pluto!
