Money laundarying 101 with g eazy
Best benefit of the casino is that there is no inventory.
With a restaurant, you said “I sold 30 lasagnas” and the irs agent can look at you purchasing inventory and say you only bought ingredients for 5, now he knows you BSed 25 (the scale is small for the example but, it gives you an idea).
In a Casino the inventory is spinning a wheel, dealing a hand.
Anything over $10,000 they write a report to the IRS.

Why else would these "top chefs" charge $300 at their place for a piece of lettuce on a plate, LOL
*or a gold-plated ice cream for $2000 (that's how you know they scored a REALLY big drug dealer, when that's on the menu. :))

Ozarks? That shows bomb btw
Or you can simply live in an Asian country like Thailand or Phillipines or any tropical island they don’t care about where u got your money
How do you get the money to that country tho and keep is secure
If there is a will there is a way
Hah. Totally wrong. Thailand, and the Phillipines are notorious for freezing bank accounts for suspicious activity. There are no safe banks anymore for criminals. You'd might wanna read the comment I left up top to know how criminal organizations have cleaned their money throughout history, and how they are still cleaning their money today.
@@atmosphericraven store it in crypto, off shore accounts, wire a bit here and there.. u don't have to have a bank acc in that native country

See that environment where you get spend your cash on luxurious goods? It comes at a price paid in blood. So far history has constantly shown us the baddest group on the planet is another nation.

A bail-bonding agent must file Form 8300 when they receive more than $10,000 in cash from a person. This applies to payments from persons who have been arrested or anticipate arrest. The agent needs to file the form even though they haven't provided a service when they received the cash.
Me after watching Breaking bad
Easy solution. Find a person who is reporting high income (that you trust), give him the cash to buy the car, he puts it in his name. Problem solved.
@Ho lee Fuk Jewelry you can buy easily without alerting the police.. Homes and jets are a different thing.. You'd have to start a business and ''grow'' it.. Cook the books as mentioned in the video and it will look like you make allot more money than what the business actually does.. That way you can use that ''legitimate'' money.
@Ho lee Fuk Starting a business can be done with almost no money at all. It depends how big you want it and what you do. Anyways, you can use amazon and make a ''shop'' where you sell items on amazon for more than what they are and you can use gift cards to buy from it. Atleast that way you have ''income'' if you get asked. I don't know, there are so many ways and i'm not gonna mention them all because that would take all day
@Ho lee Fuk You are also thinking about ''buying'' a business. I said ''start'' a business. It can be done for much less
@CHAN CHAN but then wouldnt the goverment ask you where you got that money from in the first place to start a business ???
Tell him I said hello n I still down here waiting on him in Milwaukee
They have their own lawyers to make the " tree"
When is the new season off ozark coming out.

Lol 😅
No you didnt
Coin op laundry, restaurant, nail salons, bars. You start these businesses legally with a w2 with a bank loan. The money has has to start legitimately. It’s a long game. Most don’t make it.
I don’t know anything. I just watch movies
This guy is el chapos lawyer and he’s talking about this? Not a smart move
Why is that? Do you understand how the law works? You realize chapo has already been tried so he can only exhaust appeal measures from here out? You do realize in an appeals case only evidence that can be presented has to come from the original hearing that is being appealed? Only way to use this video in a court case would be if either of these two were in the future tied to money laundering.

@FaZeLefty I remember hearing a mother brag about her son always having so much cash. He would come around and give her money for bills, etc. She was bragging to her friends. Fast forward, and her son was in jail and rehab. It was a flash in the pan. Very few know how to keep from getting caught.
What if they ask you how you got the money to open that restaurant or casino or whatever in the first place??
That's actually a good question
I been saving
Well u dont open it u have someone else opening it cus they gonna be the ones cooking the pizzas for u and u give them a cut of everything they launder through u.
And its funny they dont even care they dont even wanna cook me a damn pizza its so obviousl and they let me front the money they dont care at all lol cus they making money from the drug dealers
Watch breaking bad they earned if gambling lol
@@ludvig3463 Legitimately Business
Dont you guys know the money you are laundering still has to have a history. Example if there is no business loan or way to prove where you got the money to invest in the business you still squashed.
thats why you go to the bank and get a legitimate loan tonstart the business,
then said business gets funded with drug money and thus becomes a successful business.
Breaking Bad literally explains all of this step by step in each episode.
@@jamesalex391 you idiot that's TV omg. The money you pay the loan back still has to have history dummy. I just graduated with a degree in criminal justice. I know the law and there is no way to beat it.

If you’re laundering, you’ll never “win”
Listen to the vid, you’re the house
For federal or state?
Do they have casinos in El Paso do they have strip clubs in El Paso g hmmm should I go on... Where does Jasmine's becomo works at..... Hmmmm
Wrong u can buy a Lamborghini from a private party transaction person to person
timmy ol tool nah cuz they’ll ask the person you got it from what happened to his car, since they most likely bought it legitimately. And the feds won’t believe they gave it away so they’ll investigate it. Plus you have to register the car n all that shit after you have it. Whoever’s name is on it, they’ll try to link it. This is why most of that shit gets put in a company or foundations name.
@@CPAClass2010 lmao u can put w.e amount u sold the car for on the title once it's gone u own it they aren't wasting thier time on lil car purchases
