Even an average man's money is significant because both people know that the man is expected to pay for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, dates, etc. On the flip side, a women is not expected to put out financially so a women being "strong and independent" isn't some admirable trait, it's being an adult.

I spend money on my man when I’m doing well. I rented a dance floor so we could have our own space to dance the second time we met up to go out dancing. I’m terrible at buying men gifts, but I try. I buy him nice shoes and cloths here and there. He treats me out often I buy drinks for him here and there, and I contribute how I can. He seems to appreciate it. He said to me before a lot of women won’t spend their own money on a guy at all. Renting the dance floor was impressionable and a big gesture to him. It's comical how the women are always so quick to yell over you all saying a general statement is not true because they are the "exception". They kept proving your points too. Every time they were pressed to give an answer they pivoted to something else. Just as you were saying they don't bring that same aggression towards WM or other non BM they were quick to turn around and agree it's because "we're" not together as a people and that you as BM should understand their perspective. I spend money on my man when I’m doing well. I rented a dance floor so we could have our own space to dance the second time we met up to go out dancing. I’m terrible at buying men gifts, but I try. I buy him nice shoes and cloths here and there. He treats me out often I buy drinks for him here and there, and I contribute how I can. He seems to appreciate it. He said to me before a lot of women won’t spend their own money on a guy at all. Renting the dance floor was impressionable and a big gesture to him. Every time they were pressed to give an answer they pivoted to something else.
