We had the opportunity to check out a 1 Bedroom Villa with Wheelchair Accessibility & a Roll-In Shower during our May 2024 visit to Disney's Boardwalk Villas. The Villa (4068) was recently refurbished in early 2024 & features new DVC amenities such as a Murphy-Style pull-down bed built into the Living Room Sofa, a Coffee Table that opens up into a desk-like table, and tasteful Disney theming throughout.

Are they almost done with refurbishments? I don’t wanna be stuck with an outdated room for my trip in July. These new refurbished rooms look so good
When we were there, they were working on the last villas building closest to Jellyrolls. You’re pretty much guaranteed a refurbed room now. If you don’t have one, you can call the front desk and request one. We were able to get one right away when they assigned us an accessible room
