Bro, I have one question in my ITR filing, I have 2 form16 doc for change in job in last fy. So I have received the Leave Encashment amount for the service of 3years in my f&f settlement but the employer does not mention the EL amount in form16. I can add those amount as per the calculation during filling. Please help me out
Sir, while changing job, from 1st employer, for 3 months notice period, served two months only and, paid to employer one month gross salary plus GST(shortage of notice period one month). Can we can reduce this one month amount from salary of 1st employer? Can we ask 1st employer to reduce one month salary from form 16 given by him? Pl. advise.

For similar case, if i dont have form 16 for 2nd company. (They didn't deduct any TDS) how to fill that salary detail? In the same way?
