Good video. Very helpful. This video really is bringing home to me some things about both how DBT works and what I need to do to move forward in my own life to a better place. Thank you so much. It means so much to me to have both help and the quality guidance that I need to move forward. I struggle to get the mental health services that I feel I need due to the mental health system itself and my insurance. I know that I'm not alone in this struggle. Thank you again.
