I was sure this would be too hard for me, but it turned out great! My favorite one so far. Thanks (6 years late) for all of these awesome videos and designs
Another successful square! Thank you! It's so inspiring to do a whole square without having to frog it numerous times!! The only time I got a bit frustrated was at the very end [4 me] you seemed a wee bit fast but it was an easy enough pattern to complete. Awesome video!! Thank you again ❤
I thought yesterdays square was beautiful. Todays was amazing. I used two variants of earth tone color change yarns for rounds 3 and 5. That really gave it gorgeous dimension. Thanks so much for these. And I hope you are well health wise as of today.💜
I dont think mine came out the same lol the last one was my favorite!! thank you for all your work I love this challenge and cant wait to have all 365 to make my blanket lol
After ch 9 and then slip sitch them together how many single crochet do I put in? You said 6 then said need a total of 16. So do we put 16 into that circle or 6?
I just made a scarf out of these beautiful granny squares but it feels a bit stiff instead of soft. Would blocking it help soften it up? And how do you dry when blocking? Just let air dry? Thanks so much
thank you for showing so many granny's this is fantastic I love granny's. how can you make them larger? keep adding but not loosing the beautiful pattern?
HI! I hope you can help me. I love to make lapghans (I use them all winter; they're perfect to keep your legs warm when sitting at a desk). Anyway, one of my favorite patterns is an expanded granny square-- that is, a granny square that just keeps going. But I get tired of doing the same basic pattern. Are there any other patterns that could be expanded to a lapghan size? Mind you, I don't want to make 16 squares; I want one large square. Thanks in advance for any advice you have.
So. The row after the picots, 6 I believe. you started with Ch 3(DC), Ch 2, DC in that sc, then Ch 2 before the next sc in that first picot... after that, you only did 1 ch space between each dc,ch2,dc and sc into the picots. was the ch 2 after the first one intentional? is it supposed to be ch 1 or ch 2 all the way around?? I will most likely figure it out... playing with the pattern but figured I would ask incase anyone else gets caught up on that, too
Just curious is there a written pattern of the squares that you dont have links for? I love watching the videos and am very thankful for the awesome patterns. I am also very new to crochet and it is hard for me to watch and follow along with the videos. I have to stop and start all the time making it hard to crochet. I have learned to read some patterns and would love to do the ones that are not linked. I am on this one right now but kind of at a slow go due to having to stop and start the videos.
What I did was watch video and write the pattern down and then stop at end of row so I coul d see how it looked when finished to see what mine should look like

+kadyja brealey Use a bigger size hook. Instead of 5.00 (H) make it will a 6.50 (K) and it will be bigger without losing the pattern.

I noticed as well. In the final round she says that it is a ch-1 space, so I assume it should be a ch-1 space all around.
I was wondering exactly the same.

Is there a written pattern for this square? I would like to have it, if it is available.
Thanks so much for all the beautiful squares you have shared.
