Remember this is a visualizer not an MV, Melanie is really good at conceptualizing and then bringing it to life. The way the character is moving and interacting with it's environment is giving.

I personally consider this a music video. So much effort clearly went into making this, the story maybe less obvious but it’s still there. The part where she’s spinning in dust and books is so mesmerizing and when she flies it’s beautiful!

Four of hearts signifies discontent and frictions in a relationship. It means that you should voice your concerns and try to work them out. It is a positive sign, because this is the only way to make progress. The four of hearts reminds us that love is not granted forever after. It requires nurturing every day.

@@AJisntHere well the visualizer is just well- something you look at (usually repeatedly but ig melanie wanted to make it a whole 4 minute animation for us :>) and a mv video is a video with different frames and such with music
In the minute 3:29 She has several fireflies around her, and I did a little research, and fireflies appearing in her room could be associated with a divine presence, or something to do with renewal.
That kinda makes sense. Other commenters have mentioned that the mirror-portal birth and her shattering it could be representive of leaving the narcissistic bubble from Nymphology and actually closing the door behind her, and we were going to come in to add that the whole thing almost seems like a fairy version of going back to a sanctuary and cleansing oneself.
Like the chandelier emitting dust is a weird note, until you bring up how insects like bees, wasps, butterflies, etc do EXACTLY (1:09) THAT all the time with flowers and get covered in pollen while trying to get food. So maybe her dancing on the chandelier and throwing her magic tools in the dust cloud was her (as Creature, as they're apparently called? We only just came around to PORTALS because our sister told us it was bad compared to Crybaby and K-12, which is a huge regret on our part. 🥺) cleaning that presence off herself and her stuff.
