I have lived in Japan for 10 years following my husband's posting
We live a simple life of 2 couples & 4 cats.
I grew up in a dysfunctional family with some abuse.
My self-esteem was in tatters.
I repeatedly cut my wrist.
Now I have a sleep disorder, anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder.
I'm emotionally unstable, a crybaby and prone to mental illness.
I can't leave the house on my own,
Almost a recluse except on her husband's holidays.
Likes alone time.
I feel calm when I am with my husband.
I have other ways to calm my mind, hobbies and interests, other than wrist cutting.
I am trying my best to live my life, looking for ways to spend my time in a positive way.
On this channel, I record my emotional changes, what I have learnt and how I enjoy my daily life.

Hiya Tina. I’ve just subscribed and I’m looking forward to watching your vlogs, I did read your description and I really admire you for telling us all about yourself. I suffer from PTSD from trauma from my time in hospital. Spent 9 months in hospital as I died whilst having emergency surgery which left me with complications from it it’s most definitely affected my mental health 10%. But all that matters is we are both survived the bad stuff in life and now we have a new chapter in our lives to battle. I’m on instagram if you ever feel you need a virtual hug. У меня четыре кошки, три из них взяты с улицы. И до сих пор мне иногда жаль их, когда думаю, как страшно и голодно им приходилось. Начинаю их тискать, гладить и утешать. А они не понимают, что я от них хочу и почему мешаю заниматься своими делами 😊 Мои кошки очень независимые и самостоятельные. И редко ластятся.
Как хорошо, что мы встретились на пути наших кошек и спасли их. Ваши кошки прекрасны. Им повезло встретить вас, добрая, милая Тина❤
Интересно, что у кошек разные характеры! Кошка моей дочери тоже очень независимая, и по сравнению с тремя другими, мне не удается так часто ее трогать. Но кошки милые, когда они такие беззаботные!🤗🤍
