Where should the wires be plugged into on the multimeter. Explain the setting. "this setting" what's that?

@@RVlifestyleandRepair I might have paid and joined if you had just answered the question. You post a video with something pretty basic with statement made in the video that doesn't make sense, refuse to clarify and instead try to squeeze a paid membership out of me.
Nope. 🙂 Have a nice day.

Fully charged battery is 12.9 volts. A battery at 12.4 volts is about 50% charged. That battery was never fully charged, even after the two hour charge, thus the low readings on the specific gravity test.

Actually a fully charged 12 volt lead acid battery is 13.5 volts. 12.13 volts is not a "pretty decent" charge, as you say. 12.13 volts is almost dead. Even 12.69 volts isn't very charged. Your gravity test shows what I'm saying is true.

I just looked it up, and a fully charged battery is 12.6 volts. A battery only ever reads 13.5 volts if it's being actively boosted by your car's running alternator. That's for a standard car battery. A deep cycle goes around 12.9v fully charged.

That battery tester looks like a cheese grater. That hydrometer looks like a turkey baster. I can't tell if this is a cooking channel or something about batteries. 😂

You said with the voltage meter, "we put it on this setting," but then you didn't show us what the setting was.
