Actually it’s the other way around. He cares about the students and when chasing you, he usually asks you to stop or tells you about how breaking the law/causing misbehavior is bad for growth. He even says that “it doesn’t makes you look cool” which is actually true, but sadly a lot of students today believe that it does make them cool. He has that serious behavior because he is a police officer and needs to be treated with respect.
The mustached officer was the meanest. At least Officer Williams cared for the students.
