I made this video of Pomodoro in summer classroom version.🍏🌿📗
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Each interval is known as a Pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.🍅
break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by 5-minute breaks.
after about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 30 minutes.
When the study time is over, the bell rings, and the screen changes. While studying, a video of a summer classroom on the laptop screen. During the break, the screen will be changed to a cool Ocean video.🌊
The Pomodoro study method is very helpful for concentration and is good for using time efficiently.
