Ha, that was my friend’s condo as you entered Keaton across from the boat ramp. You heard right, great fishing all around that area. I’d have a hard time not bringing my kayak when I get to that area/coast for the fishing. Looks like a great ride though! Very cool trip and video!

I'm glad you had the opportunity to go on that trip. I was afraid it was going to be stressful but it didn't seem like that at all.
It was a bit intimidating but after the first day I was able to really let down and enjoy it.
Is your next bikepacking adventure in Pisgah?
Not really sure at this time but a trip in Pisgah would be awesome.
