Great video Ben and so engaging. Lots of valuable, relevant and interesting content - totally educational and inspiring. There is no doubt that Jason is a “Systems Guy”, and that I can really relate to. To be as productive as Jason is, he needs good systems in place to achieve the impossibly high standards of craftsmanship that are evidenced in his guitars. An artist at work. I love his workshop - you really do feel that this space that he has created is a true reflection of Jason himself. Let the journey continue :) Thanks TNAG...
What a truly great Luthier Jason Kostal is. You can see the Ervin S influence, but he’s very much his own man. Those two guitars that he made for Michael Watts are fast becoming legendary in their own right.
Clearly a labour of love. These high end guitars may sell for double figures in the thousands, but you can see it’s all gone back into the workshop. I don’t think anyone gets into this job to get rich lol.
lol, each room he went into he says "i spend most of my time in this room". great little video though. love the logo on the tee shirt btw, cool design.

This is invaluable information for an aspiring builder. Thank you so much. More content like this would be ace.

does he do his own finishing i didn't see a spray booth or finish room . are they nitrocellulose finish or urethane finish
nice!
Comes across as a really good bloke. Looks can be deceptive, turns out he’s a decent guitar player himself.
20k base price is too much . For that amount there should at least say " taught by ervin somogyi " on the inside label
