Pap to increase service and con charges this july! Seriously, balls to them! Every month i have been paying close to hundred for s&cc, and mind you its not just 1 unit! Every month they have been collecting millions in charges and cannot pay the costs! In the first place, its not even transparent how the s&cc are used! Dear Lim Tean sir. I am your supporter. Allow me to reach you thru this video. Allow me to express my honest opinions with good intentions for you and nothing malicious. 1. For the Presidential Election , i understand you will be speaking for TKL. From attracting the votes from the middle voters and even some PAP voters, i hope you can win some votes for Tan and so hope to see you adjust your style from GE to PE which should give people a non-adversarial vibe. Your message can get through to them without GE adversarial style. Personally, i am ok with your style as i am on your side and on the side of the bigger picture. But Realistically we know what is the singapore middle voters like. Its like winning customers, we need to cater to them. Else it defeat the purpose also. As an expert lawyer i am sure you can find a non-adversarial style for this coming PE rally. I also urge Tan to focus a bit more on packaging himself. He seems to have a tendency to get a tiny bit out of control when talking to reporters who are from state media. The episode with goh proved the need to really be tactful else someone can create a rift. I have given feedback to Tan on his eye expression and not sure if he took the cue, his recent eye expressions have improved by 1% to 10% .😅 Very good now. The citizens must decide on the mps n ministers salary. We don't need mayors. Give bk our cpf at 55, we know how to manage our $$. Allow us to use full medisave for all AnE n outpatients visits. Give scholarships to locals rather than foreigners. Exclude the lands cost from the cost of hdb. Have a one time exercise to increase all of the workers earning a basic salary of $3000 n below.

Are you staying in a HDB flat? Then u should have gotten the subsidy too. The buyers are complaining the flats prices are too high.
