    Hello again friend :) your daily vlogs and progress really inspired me to make some vlogs about my trip to London! Your progress is awesome! Great trips on the diet. I’m so hyped to see you complete your goal! Vitamin C is really good after running, drink orange juice and electrolytes are very important but I’m sure you know this. I used to be a runner back in school! Also HELL YEAH! Boxing is the best! Do you just box or lockbox as well?

    Hey, your video is pretty well edited :), I can see that it took you likely days to finish it, since I have done a similar way of editing and It’d take like 2 hours for me to edit a single minute xd. And congrats on your recovery too, I have been through an anxiety disorder so I kinda can relate, but also I wanna ask, are you doing in this with help from an expert?, I don’t know if it would be great to plan things for your own considering you have had an history of eating disorders, but also I think it’s important to have a science based planning in order to reach your goals in excercise

      Hi there! First of all - thank you. Regarding my recovery, I've been through a lot and tried everything. I am 99,5% recovered and I do not find it necessary to get proffesional help anymore at this point. I'm thriving, happy, my mind is free and I've never been this great. So, as long as it continues like this, I'm good :) but thanks for your koncerns!

    Kakaomælk indeholder en del sukker (hvilket kan være meget dejligt når man har dyrket motion) og så er der faktisk også en del protein i. Så det er nok derfor du har hørt at det er godt for dig! :)
