She does a lot in garage sights blocking the drone holes. I find she’s great for consulate garage. You can even pair her with Aruni, Kaid, and Jager to really make getting the breach and getting in, a huge pain for the attackers.

The shotgun Azami has can do some very fun, very dumb things. Sure, site reworking, but you can also use it like an LMG and prefire angles you know people are at. They just walk into it since firing off the whole mag takes forever.
I unironically enjoy using the shotgun on Azami. I've generally had good success with it since I use barbed wire and it gives me good site setup capability. Plus it's so fun to whack people with it

I find it very useful to hold unexpected angles as there normally wouldn't be cover there. Great video as always though, looking forward to the next one.
It is unfortunate that he didn't go over a lot of it, as creativity is a MASSIVE part of Azami's capabilities. Cover *literally anywhere your mind can think of.* You're only limited by your imagination, throw range, and the angle of the surface. He did mention that pro league may get the best out of it, since they're constantly trying to refine and redefine their strats.
Well, the unexpected angles become expected once the enemy drones, so this doesnt always work that well, unless you put them after you get droned or the enemy doesnt drone you at all
i only block windows and doors late game to waste the attackers time. i will usually use it in places like hooka on coastline. if you throw the kiba barrier on the pillars above the couch in hookah you can block the line of sight from hooka window and they wont be able to melee it and if they shoot it out i think you can throw another there from the roatate at stairs and you should be able to put 2 ads in the corner to stop them from getting rid of it with explosives. ive also noticed that you can put a kiba barrier on the drone hole on hooka stairs and one above the first flight of stairs so it forces the attacker to crouch up the stairs instead of wide swinging on you. odd thing is that the grenade wont damage you from the drone hole but it will destroy an ads so i guess there is no fool proof way of not getting fraged there without using 2 ads or being fast enough to throw another kiba barrier.
@@AtomicAlchemist No matter what, even if they see it, they still have to deal with it. You can drone out a deployable shield. That doesn't mean you can do anything about the guy behind it, you just know he's there and he's protected.

There’s a spot in blue in chalet that I personally really like. When sitting in elbow and staring at blue stairs on the basement site there’s a piece of the roof that hangs down, and if you slap a Kunai on it you can get a one way onto blue stairs.
One of my favorite strats is to place one low for cover I have to stand behind, and another at the top of a nearish doorway. This forces the enemys to push either crouched or let me shoot them in the legs, then they have to aim up at me, instead of just aiming head level everywhere. Forcing them to push a corner where I can see their legs before they can see me, works 8/10 times because I'm not a hs king.
I feel like for azami, you would benefit from blocking off lines of site to make areas of play which are usually death traps into power positions. For example the hookah rotate, if you put a kiba barrier above the bar you can play this rotate and not have to worry about being shot from the window, it also means attackers have to use explosives to break it instead of knifing it, wasting more utility and time.
Imo what can make Azami shine is using her for cover creatively. If someone can find a way to block a long angle an attacker wants to use from outside their melee range, that'd work pretty well. Also using her ability to make new cover could catch attackers off guard, especially if they have to come up with a new plan of taking a room. Not a very creative plan, but I've gotten some success by blocking a door with a single thingy and intentionally leaving a gap at the bottom so I can shoot feet.

I use Azami to block sight lines and create safe spots for teammates to travel between peek points on site without getting peeked by an enemy on a common attacker peek spot. So say hookah on coastline, I'd throw one on the sofa in front of the window so that angle can be used to snipe people in pool table or aquarium. In consulate garage I'd put one on yellow stairs right up against the second bar of the railing to block the sight from door to behind van, one on the rail by the door leading to spiral stairs to block angles from garage to rotating teammates and one on the kitchen door but from the of the door frame so people are less likely to punch it out since they can just crawl under but also bc they would be too exposed trying to break it and it breaks the line of sight from the top of those stairs in blue
I've been using her a lot and I find her to be the strongest on sites that don't have a lot of cover. Being able to cut off lines of sight on long hallways or in big rooms is incredibly powerful because it'll protect you from getting fragged from across the map and force attackers to spend more time trying to drone you out. And I find throwing the knives on open hatches to actually be pretty useful. Sure, attackers can just drop down onto them and break them, but you cut off their sight lines and force them to either waste time breaking the barriers or drop in completely blind.
One tip I would add is that some windows can be kiba-ed in such a way that it is not vaultable unless you get rid of it. such as the Border 2F site window with the vent machine
one fun thing to do is make windows a death sentence to the enemy by placing it too far for them to melee n high enough that you can see their feet when they jump in for example the north west top floor window in kanal, throw one to the top right corner of the vending machine next to it n you can pick some free kills if anyone jumps in theres a lot of spots like this, another would be art room window in emerald, just throw one to the white pillar thing next to it
The shotgun is surprisingly not a shotgun, as both Kaid's/Goyo's and Azami's/Maestro's/Ablibi's shotguns actually use slugs. So in kaid's case its like a suppressed DMR and in the GoW case its a slow firing ranged AR type thing. Suprisingly strong range and accuracy on both due to the fire rates and scopes.

What I would also suggest is have like one or two on site where you know an enemy will show up and have an angle to it with this in front of it. Like in Organ in the basement you know they are more than likely going to go down the main stairs or through tunnel, so throw one at the desk and the typical spot you put a shield at for tunnels to have more protection. I’ve been doing that with her and blocking entrance on many maps and like 9/10 they save me and provide peaking spots you usually don’t get without exposing yourself.
Think there is a better use for them. I use them to block line of sight, not blocking a pathway. Use it on furniture, not entrances, so the enemy as to expose them selves to melee. If using on doors. Leave the bottom visible. So you can see their feet. Best operator in years.
The way I got most out of Azami is by playing weird bombsites and creating new cover during prep phase (using 3 kunais), like Bar in Chalet, that bombsite is perfect for Azami, I place one kunai on thepool table to cover a rotate between bombsites, another in the table near the door, and another on the bar side to guarantee cover from the corridor, this allows me to freely move between bombsites, hide from vertical plays and always have a cover on my back, combo her with jager and a wamai and your pre placed walls inside the bombsite will make sure you get a big advantage over attackers

Just got banned after returning to this game after a 3 month break, and I have a sneaking suspicion it was because someone was mad I blind sprayed him through the wall on oregon with oryx. It says multiple offenses but I have the replay files and saw I played like absolute dogshit. Hope support can fix this cause I can see why this game is declining, their anti cheat is awful.
I like the ACS. To make this gun work imo is to run close range sight on it and play passively. I play on console so the 1.5 doesn't really work for me.
I can't explain why but the shotgun just works. It shouldn't be better but maybe the 1.5 just feels that much better. Being able to bring barbs with the shitty is nice for site set up. Let's you close and open angles through the round
I feel like you really under played / explained that if you place an Azami even just shy of a distance that can be meleed her influence on a round can be exponential when used like a castle barricade in semi rat like spots. Or how you can create bulletproof foot holes in certain spots like when you place them on the chandeliers on top floor café
Honestly you should be able to kill enemies with these I really don't see why you can't. I understand most of them have body armor but you think the expanding shield would do something

Wardens glasses are truly the most versatile gadget in the game. You can activate them and LOOK literally anywhere in 360*.
I love playing Fuze when a kiba barrier gets put on a window. That spot on Skyscraper you showed is one of my favorites.
