- I've been planning to come up with something to make sieving for treasure easier than shovelling dirt onto the mesh BBQ. This idea came to me a couple of nights back when Sandra reminded me we were about to pack the bus for another stint in the bush looking for relics out in the goldfields. I've spent two days on it and it looks like it'll work so I'll finish it off and have it ready to pack.
nice need to build one myself for gold and gems. well done my friend
Perfect and simple. Excellent job mate...hello from Fox Island River Newfoundland
That's a ripper, well done mate.
Interesting, well done matey
Geez that works well 👍🏻
Well done
i made one similar about a year or so ago, but instead of air filter , i used pvc .. and its not ez to get big pvc, but a 5 gallon bucket would be my next if i were using it much ...
I find it easier to work with metal and the mesh size suited perfectly. I'd like to build something now to reduce the dirt from the dryblower output from 7mm down to 3mm to pass through the Knudson concentrator.
@@moneybox5733 u might try some hard ware store sheet of expanded metal mesh - the smallest might be less than 7mm ..
Thank you Robert. The biggest problem is the location where we like. We're in Cue WA so if I need something our best resource is the local tip where stock levels of useful items varies considerably. Freight is either very expensive or awfully slow. I ordered a new LG computer from LG in Sydney on 28th February. It was sent via DHL but is still floating about somewhere. I'll use locally available items when possible.
@@moneybox5733 bif flotilla of box shipping containers that are sitting in purgatory .. awaiting something ... chinese shipments are about a month now, depending on the kind of item ... it speeds up magically around Christmas time !!!
