That was bloody brilliant of you Mark!! I've been partially blind but don't look it for nearly five decades now and I'm thoroughly sick of the treatment by retail and security staff who just don't care or don't want to know. Fortunately, after many years of work, most in my area see me coming and understand my needs. It took many meetings with many store owners and security companies to get it down to the workers though. 10/10

I'm blind in one eye and struggle with the other and I think Mark is doing a great service for blind and partially sighed people. Had he taken the pee out of it, that would have been different but what harm was he actually doing. The door guard now knows what to expect if he sees a white stick.

I have to say, I really feel sorry for the security guard. However…there are a couple of questions.
She is a crap manager. The security guard is the victim.
From a security point of view, who puts their CCTV in from on the glass with their back turned towards the class with the public coming in? Wow! Shocking.
The 2nd question is, as much as I agree with the security guard, the lack of training from companies is shocking. The amount of people that don’t know their job which they have been hired for.
There was this woman working in a shop, dealing with customers yet she couldn’t hardly speak a word of English, am I missing something?

This makes no sense, if he initially came in with the stick, explained he was partially blind and asked for any dangerous blind spots then I’d understand, he asked for blind spots and recorded the cctv screens, behaviour of a shop lifter. So it’s suspicious
