I understand for your medical team or loved ones when you have had eating issues and it’s for your care. But we are strangers on the internet and that is not okay, I like seeing your food because I’m interested in seeing the yummy dishes you put together and getting inspiration for my own food. Aww thankyou gorgeous! It depends what the reps and sets are! I hip thrust between 60kg - 110kg! Just depends how I’m actually manipulating the weights with the tempo and all that jazz! ✨✨

I loved your 'My Protein' video you made earlier this year as I've just received an order of the soya & vegan protein powders (in vanilla & cinnamon/blueberry flavours). Want to use them in my baking & porridge. So will need to watch your earlier videos on those recipes. Love your tattoos; I didn't get my first one until I was 45! Now I have 4.
