Many companies and houses are constructed illegally and the common man is the final scapegoat. This series is all about a middle class guy who falls in the trap. I stay in stand alone building...as ur wife said only one security with all in one. Which is far better than 80+ lacs legal buildings. As people are increasing and no faster justice from court. Every one in this world can stay in this illegal world.
When i bought it was 35L
Now all are 60L +
So i am happy with what i invested. No more gated community or etc.
Land will have security & rats problems.

Iam a victim of jayathri infra. Not a pre emi scheme but in view of early allocation of flat fell for it.
They got land for development from janapriya. Paid 30 lakhs for flat on seeing janapriya Nile valley land. Later he was got arrested for some litigations in other businesses. Somehow managed to get a flat allocation and janapriya and escaped from a big mess bro. But lost peace of mind for abt an year bcoz of this. Had to fight a lot.

Income tax is 6lk out of 40lk tax ,that means 15 % of total tax
10lk package software developer,just they paying income tax 30000 per annum, for that also they getting 2lk intrest subsidy from govt,that means out of 20 years housing loan ,every year they will get back 10000 ,they will get loans in low interest rates compare to other fields, finally they are not giving any support to govt,more over they looting money from govt, example govt putting money like infra development for software companies,if we observe with nacked eye you will get real point of view
