That series was phenomenal, not every episode was a banger, but it´s a classic. Also one of the rare cases where nobody molested the cast and most of them are still friends( Amanda Bearse, the actress playing Marcy AND directing the last seasons of the series allegedly loathes Ed O´Neill, maybe it changed now but i doubt it.)

A had watched an episode where a ending credits scene in the early simpsons episode that was predicting some outlandish ideas they would have to do since the show has been on for so long even when it was only 9 years in or so. With the inclusion of the episode when some itchy and scratchy writers (simpson writers) lost an emmy award, the one guy that was representing Al Jean says that he's going to quit and write the sci fi show with a sassy robot, but Al Jean was one of the few show runners never to write for Futurama, but his show running for the simpsons the last 15 seasons has included a lot of future stories and robots.
One of my favorite recurring jokes is that the robot mafia just guns downs robots as a warning. The mercy: file not found scene always makes me laugh
