Late one night, way back in the day when HBO or Cinemax was still good, I watched an Asian movie that was more violent and action-packed than most Hollywood films, I think it was Hard-Boiled. I can't wait. Thanks for the heads up on Shaw Brothers, I had no idea.
Fortune Star Media Limited still owns most of the Golden Princess film libraries in Asian countries, while Shout! Studios now owns worldwide rights for most Golden Princess film libraries outside of Asian territories. Despite the fact that most of Fortune Star Media Limited film libraries especially Golden Harvest are released by Shout Factory as well especially Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies.
I've been wanting the Woo movies on even just regular blu ray for ages. 4K would be awesome but even just regular HD in good quality would be a blessing.
@@run32dll45 I’m SO over looking at blocky, fuzzy and unwatchable transfers! I know finding 35mm negatives might be tough- but I’m sure there are prints that could be worked from.
such good news!
