The TV men until recently, were masters of teleportation, so your theory makes sense that they can track all teleports used, hence why the Astros use other technology to quickly navigate.

Theory- Many people say that the Titan TV man from episode 77 was a fake. I don't think he was a fake, but rather a prototype of the real Titan TV man. Lemme explain. So what I think is that the Titan TV man who appeared in episodes 67 to 77 was not the real Titan TV Man, but a sort of prototype that was supposed to be experimented on for the actual version. But since TCM and TSM needed help at that time, the scientist TV Man decided to test the prototype by helping the injured titans. This experiment went on to be a major success, and they decided to let the prototype handle the toilets for the time being. But soon after, the Astros invaded, and the Scientist TV Man decided that the prototype wouldn't last long, even with his abilities, so he decided to make the prototype get any major astro toilet's weapon sample so that they could upgrade the REAL Titan TV Man with astro upgrades, which they might be doing now (If my theory is correct). Good theory but they also had the TV people to help track and know how to keep the energy from being tracked to say their base? The Astros had to figure out how to use their own gates against them to send trackers. My theory about skibidi toilet lore
This is my theory for the lore of Skibidi Toilet and I'm using Google Translate because English is my second language and it's likely to have grammar mistakes and it's going to be very long and there's a summary of the series for anyone who wants it in my theory and it will have two parts. My theory begins after G-Toilet's betrayal of the Astros, where G-Toilet falls to Earth and his Astro equipment is damaged and he ends up with laser eyes and the ability to fly without needing any jetpack or Astro technology. In the 1980s-2000s, humans probably discover the damaged parts of G-Toilet's Astro armor (that's what I'm going to call that form) and managed to make a lot of technological progress. In Alpha Hills Labs, there's a recording of Cathy and it shows us some humans and her, which indicates that they were doing tests for something like uploading their minds to a robotic body or weapons. With humanity's progress increasing faster and faster with technology, G-Toilet knew that Skibidi music could transform people into Skibidi Toilet and along with the Scientist Toilet, who I don't believe is an Astro Toilet because of his size. In my opinion, G-Toilet transformed a scientist into Skibidi Toilet because he was the smartest. At the time, in episode 5 we see humans in the restaurant in that early stage of the skibidi virus and when the skibidi toilet sings the song the humans transform into skibidi toilets in addition to sitting on toilets which demonstrated the initial state of the skibidi virus because a large part of the world may have heard and stayed that way and those who were left had to set up colonies in abandoned structures or subterraneans to survive and if any showed signs of being infected they were eliminated, with the cameramen attacking the skibidi toilet I have the theory that a large part of the alliance is by AI because the project of uploading the mind into a robotic body was secret to the government, in episode 29 we see the glitchy toilet which was an attempt by the scientist toilet to replicate the speed of the astro toilets and in episode 30 is where the skibidi parasites appear which in my opinion could be an attempt to copy that astro's ability to survive being just a head in order to be a "parasite" that controls the victim's body in ep 77 part 1, after the titan speakerman has been controlled by the parasite toilets the alliance goes into chaos and to protect themselves they hide and get a parasite toilet to create the "anti-parasite gun" and until they manage to dominate the war a little saving allies and try to take the parasite from the titan speakerman but the g-toilet 2.0 appears and destroys the car that could take the parasite from the titan speakerman and he now has a jetpack and 2 lasers and protection with metal plates, in ep 39 the tv men appear and are a great victory for the alliance because the skibidi toilets were weak against the lights emitted by the tv men until in ep 42 a skibidi toilet catches the pov cameraman who was with a lens that protects against the tv mans lights and apparently he couldn't speak which made him perfect to get the lens and take it to the toilet scientist to be able to copy it so the skibidi toilets can be immune to the TV Man's lights and leaving them useless except for the Titan TV Man who received upgrades from the Speakermen and managed to cause pain to the Skibidi Toilets because of the soundwaves that made the glasses break in addition to being able to push the Skibidi Toilets away, the Titan TV Man was hunting the Titan Speakerman to try to disinfect him and ends up damaging him making him flee into a trap that even the Titan TV Man managed to cause damage to the G-Toilet 2.0 but ended up having the screen broken and his claws destroyed and letting one of the Speakermen's speakers fall which would help the scientist create his mech and improve the DJ Toilet, in the Alpha Hills Labs laboratory the scientist was testing with Mutans in addition to the Secret Agent talking to him about the alliance and for him it could be about its technology like the TV Mans' lights and the Speakermen's soundwaves and that's why this must be the reason for the book about the TV Men in the ep 70 that the secret agent handed over to him.

I think another theory for why Gtoilet and many other toilets dont have teleportation, is because it costs a lot of resources to make something capable of creating teleportation gates. We saw even fewer toilets that could teleport at all.

my theory about teleporting and why the toilets don't use it for every little thing, has always been that the teleport smoke is a finite resource. the TV men invented it so they have a lot more in reserve and synthesize it more easily, whereas the toilets stole the secret from the TV books and only had as much as they'd been able to create up to that point so they had to ration it. g-man doesn't use it because he's probably the most mobile toilet in the army, he of all people doesn't need it, and scientist did use it a lot because he was head of the project and controlled its distribution. the TV men still knew some secrets scientist hadn't discovered yet, like the power to suck up the smoke and cancel an enemy teleport, but it seems like astro toilets might have even more mastery of teleport smoke than TV men based on how astro UFO and astro duchess cooked titan TV man. they just don't use it in combat because their warping is literally faster

The first time we see toilets use teleportation is in episode 44 where the doctor octopus toilet comes out of the smoke even tho he was originally not there. So what I think is that the Titan TV man who appeared in episodes 67 to 77 was not the real Titan TV Man, but a sort of prototype that was supposed to be experimented on for the actual version. But since TCM and TSM needed help at that time, the scientist TV Man decided to test the prototype by helping the injured titans. This experiment went on to be a major success, and they decided to let the prototype handle the toilets for the time being. But soon after, the Astros invaded, and the Scientist TV Man decided that the prototype wouldn't last long, even with his abilities, so he decided to make the prototype get any major astro toilet's weapon sample so that they could upgrade the REAL Titan TV Man with astro upgrades, which they might be doing now (If my theory is correct). And therefore, I think we'll get a newly upgraded Titan TV Man with astro upgrades who'll destroy the astro toilets along with G-Titan, UTSM and UTCM. The plant and the chair are Computermen/pcmen and they will be able to hack astros, systems, and etc. They would also have 3d scanning and printing to 3d print things themselves. Good theory but they also had the TV people to help track and know how to keep the energy from being tracked to say their base? The Astros had to figure out how to use their own gates against them to send trackers. The Skibidi didn’t use it a lot because they didn’t have the understanding the TV people did about how to track using that power. Again another reason not to want that power for the Astros.
