I work so hard on my saddhana, it's my life's work, I breathe and wash the dishes, which I have come to love, but my son, who doesn't know it's my saddhana, is constantly criticizing me and my work, it's breaking me, I do my saddhana for my purpose and he constantly tells me it's not enough for him, i.m doing it for me
    Please help me understand
I.m doing my very best and he says it's not good enough, he.s so violent and aggressive I can't respond to him please help.

Living a life of ahimsa and sadhana does not mean you don't stand up for yourself. It does not mean you let someone treat you however they like.
