Made this diy top filter almost 1 year ago, during lock down time, with help of this video thanks. And it's really running well and water filtration is quite well comparing to available best brand top filter.
Is it okay for fish health?
I mean the motor won't cause any problem for fish?
Will fish get sucked in the motor due to it's suction?

@@sagittarius544 not at all, motor don't get any problem for fish health, yes I used this filter for oscar fish which belongs to monster catagory, personally I do not recommended for small fish like, Molly, zebra, guppy etc.
Overall satisfactory result.
@@parnab1982 I've small fishes so if I keep the suction area towards the wall will that be okay?
And is the motor running okay?
How many hours you use that filter in a day.?
@@sagittarius544 if u have small fishes, i again recommend u not to use it but u can try as suction area towards aquarium glass wall.
Till now motor is ok
Generally i run this motor 24 ×7.
Sometimes in a week I stopped it and run sponge filter.

osm man I hv used the same idea in my aquerium..for more better result u can use some sand and gravels in bottom. that can hold ur dirt much betterly.n give u more crystal clear water.🙏

Bhai mera pass internal filter hai..Internal filter ka sponge remove karke..Vo motor se sponge ceramic rings and bio rings se top filter bana sakthe kya?
