Damn. I thought that setting up helilads on aux centers would make the hellis transport the civis to main evac centre that was setup with 5 pads cells all the bling with the new evac system. Turns out helis always go straight to carrier and I lost because I sent too many sick civies back to carrier. Now that I think about it, it would be hella cool to see the carrier model change when you lose it. As in, let the enemy take it over and sail into the distance to infect the mainland. Would be a cool touch.
Can you relocate these zones? And do they only cover a single sector? Got them evacuted on my second run but they stopped evacuating after the discrict/sector was emptied. And it didnt let me place a new heli pad in another district.
To build a new evac helipad, be sure that you have disabled any helipads in zones that are no longer evacuating civilians. Another option would be to send civilians from a zone without evac to a zone where you have already established evacuation.
Interesting, but check your volumes, as the music drowns you out so sadly it's hard to follow.
