I love these questions! It's easy to just brush off 2020 (it was a pretty bad year in all honesty), but it's also important to remember all the things we learned about ourselves. And we need to remember to honor the moments that made the year bearable :') Thank you for sharing these!
This video is everything! Reflecting is such an important process of growth and it should be something that everyone should try to implement in our lives. Asking yourself all these questions can help us realize where there may be a gap in our life and do what we need to in order to improve upon it
