i like how much more crowded this reconstruction looks, with all the accompanying statues, decorations, and offerings it reminds me of East Asian Buddhist temples that are absolutely packed with decorations and symbols not saying the Parthenon has to look like that^, but it's definitely an insightful departure away from the whitewashed and empty reconstructions we are used to seeing
