They should have at least made it a choice between Warden or Orochi for the final level. That would have been more fun. The Raider only shows up right at the end so he’d be a no-go

First round the orochi sneaks up, tries to get a sneaky kill, you 1v1 Apollyon till a certain point, to which other guards show up but then so does a warden and some grunts, orochi gets impaled by that move Apollyon does and gets pushed off a ledge and you see him fighting his way back through. Meanwhile you have the warden 1V1 with her till a certain point and maybe one of the knight characters betray you and then you have to do a 2V2 with orochi warden vs maybe lawbringer and Apollyon on the rooftop with the trebuchet shots coming down
Orochi felt so out of place to fight apolloyon and warden made the most sense he had so much more motive other then “she’s the bad guy “ warden represented peace and honor that he saw get tarnished being with Apollyon his morals and values getting spit on in front of him

Liam O'Brien will always be in my top 5 VAs. I love how he is barely containing his rage during this scene. You can hear him welling up with anger, yet as the scene carries on, he sounds more revolted and disgusted by the entire ordeal, and I feel what makes it so much better than FemWarden's take, is that disgust is directed towards himself, moreso than anyone else.
Meanwhile stone over here is like "hey man don't look at me, you're the one that brought me into this mess" but goes onto being one of the warden's best mates. While Cross goes onto being the official right hand.

To be fair, they were getting overrun by the Vikings by this time and the BSL had gone out of its way to absorb every other major legion of knights at their lowest points to prevent that sort of thing.

Weaker than the emperors chosen, whom bested Appolyon after starving in a prison? 100%. While Raider might be head on stronger, Warden was the first to push for peace between the three nations. His actions and strengths came from a pure heart, longing to save lives. He was a skilled fighter, had the greatest armor of the three, and quite the reason to win. Maybe one shouldnt sleep on his position in a fight vs the warmommy afterall.

But hey, they had to make the Orochi steal the show because the samurai and the Katana are the most popular.

Counterpoint: Screw that, I would in fact pay 70 bucks for a fully fleshed out For Honor sequel with a complete long campaign. There was WAY too much potential in this combat system to just leave it like that, it physically hurts me to even think about what could have been. All these companies care about is money. Selling battle passes and half assed seasonal updates is the most efficient way for all games to make money now so they all do that formula
For Honor's single player was arguably one of its best aspects. You could tell how much work the writers and designers had put into the setting, even going so far as to foreshadow the roman characters at one point. Its such a pity we never really got any more by way of "story" in any real sense, just events we only are told are happening.

For Honor is such an iffy game. It wants to be awesome band god damn they try but I just always end up pissed at it, and every update I swear it gets worse.
Not really of you enjoyed it through out the 7 years and more to comei just think its the only game i been playing for a long time
