  • Quick video showing how to align the LRF box so the LRF hits where you point in daytime and night.
    It’s 48 yards not 45 as said by me 😉👍
    Scope available at scottcountry.co.uk
    The scope was on a tripod not a rifle.

    Fair play to ya,after all the review videos of this new model I think your the only person on UA-cam to show this function. Im guessing the LRF box would have to be re-alligned for another profile as another rifle would have to be rezero'd which could change could change the alignment of the LRF to that box?

    thanks for the simple explanation of this adjustment, is there a way of adjusting the actual light beam as on my scope the lrf light is bottom left and when using it in high mag the ranging point is at the very bottom left. it still works well but it would be more comfortable at a higher position

    • @highland-oldgit

      I had a similar problem with mine. It was top left but I used no limit mounts when using the one shot zero.
      (HAVE THE X & Y Coordinates ON ZERO) when doing this
      THEN moved the back or front of the mounts to move the scope on or where the pellet impacted.
      Then I find tuned it with the X and Y coordinates for the final zero
      Hope this helps

    Thanks for the vid. Is it possible to make the PIP show the new point of impact rather than the middle of the reticle? On long shots the new aim point is below the reticle centre, but PIP is enlarging the retical centre.
    If shooting pellets with a poor BC then on most shots over 70ish yards the PIP is not actually magnifying the part of the reticle that is being used and becomes useless. Closer than 70ish yards and its not really needed... thus PIP becomes pointless.
    Unless I am missing something.....?

    • @204mark
      @204mark  Рік тому

      Your correct, all digital units with PIP magnify the centre only, same if the holdover cross is near the bottom and you just use zoom it will disappear.
      Go on Facebook and send Pard a message and ask the same 👍

    After changing the multiplicity, the label still does not match the LRF field. It turns out that this setting must be made every time?

    hello friend, my DS35 just arrived how do I measure the distance of the target during the day, since the laser is invisible during the day, since the lasers do not coincide with the secondary reticle, also because for each distance the laser is not always in the same place inside the lens! I can perfectly make the laser coincide with the secondary reticle, making changes in the settings, but in the various distances it is not always in its place, so during the day it is a problem for me to measure the target, especially if we are talking about a small and long target distance,
    Can you give me some advice on how to do it? Thanks again and congratulations for your videos

      Did you get anywhere with this? I had it all setup, and then I noticed the LRF splash moves around a lot and different distances. I need to continue this setup at night. Is your ballistic accuracy good?

    • @204mark
      @204mark  Рік тому +1

      Most of my shooting is at night so I can see the splash, it’s usually low at longer distances and high at shorter as I set the slash dead on at 40 yards, the ballistics is spot on from 17 to 110 yards

  • @Mike-yq6jg

    Is it possible to move it to the cross hairs ?

    • @MJSherwood
      @MJSherwood 5 місяців тому +1

      You can but unscrewing it and shimming the mounts but it will only be centred for one rifle, one, magnification, one range. Better to have it straight and parallel to scope to keep it consistent at all ranges. Hope this helps

    Hi mate I went out for some foxes last night after speaking with you and I noticed that with the rangefinder my shots were 8 inches high when shooting at the point the scope has told me to shoot at. Would you know of any reason for this?

    • @204mark
      @204mark  22 дні тому

      @@enfrno check that all the permanenteres are correct and that the LRF splash is hitting the distance correctly, if your LRF splash is less than actual distance you would shoot high

      @@204mark so checked all permitters and found that the center of scope to center of barrel was out by 5.2 mm and the splash is hitting the target so now when I get the chance to test I’ll see also if I turned the ballistic calculator parameters off should the LRF still give the cross hair aim point with just using the distance as you would with out a range finder on a normal scope ie 100m centre crosshairs and next mill dot 200m ??
