Man, first of all! Thank you for the Five Star entertainment this morning! I banged out six of your videos this morning while running on the treadmill. Best run I’ve had in a while! Secondly: story time real quick! This video was both amazing and painful to watch! I actually watched it twice! 😂 I believe I was in Japan right around when you were, if not a week or two behind. Whenever I go to Japan, I always try to bring back one special AES game with me to commemorate the trip. At 2:18 you can see a beautiful copy of Waku Waku 7. I had spotted that game during my first day but decided to shop around a bit more to see if there was something else that caught my eye. After another day or two, I decided I needed to get Waku Waku 7. Especially considering how great Beep’s price was on it. Not to mention that the game never received a NGCD release, making it even more desirable for me. Well, you probably already know… I went back to Beep, 48 hours later, and Waku was GONE! Sold! Man, I was so bummed! That game will always represent “the one that got away” for me. I still think about it every now and then, and seeing it here in your video almost brought a damn tear to my eye! Your boy was about to fall off the treadmill! Anyway, thanks again for the fantastic video. I’m probably gonna watch this again tomorrow!
@@MrWrightWay I have a request. I learned about "kaitou shops" that operate like an antique shop with a "buy don't ask policy". They sometimes carry completely unreleased/unannounced material because producers would sell there. It was more motion in the late 90's, early 2000's before the public security crackdown. They essentially carry things that by definition don't exist or not supposed to. They are in northern Japan and the southern islands. Central Japan (Tokyo, Akihabara, etc) is the worst place for the nature of these stores. Secondly, you have to exactly know what you are looking for as well. You can tell it's a kaitou shop if there is a section in the store closed off. There is usually no listings for them. If you reply, I will go in depth of what I'm looking for. Thanks and keep up the content.
In anycase great pick ups! I just picked up Samurai Spirits IV from Surugaya yesterday in Yokohama for about 35,000 yen or 250us. If time permits check outside of Tokyo for better deals and hidden surprises.
Stumbled upon Beep last month when i visited japan! Its such a great comfy little store. Incredible vibe and selection. Definitely one of the highlights in Akihabara
The first PS2 Naruto game you showed is called in Japan Naruto: Uzumaki Ninden or Uzumaki Chronicles in the West. The second game is Konoha Spirits or Uzumaki Chronicles 2 in the West. I enjoyed playing both of them when I was younger and even owned a legit copy of the first game.

Love the video. You gotta venture out of just PlayStation though lol. Collect for the 64 or for the Dreamcast, or SNES
