The parakoyis aren't palace guards ooooooo😅.........to put things in perspective, olori(head) parakoyi is a chief that sits in council. The parakoyi(s) were (and still are) in charge of the organisation and regulation of commerce in Abeokuta, and by virtue of late madam kuti's movement, they were at loggerheads.
