A delicious rice recipe from Uzbekistan 💯💯💯
Delicious Uzbek pilaf with meat and carrots 💫
Materials
2 onions
400 ml oil
125 g butter
1500 g lamb or beef
6-7 carrots
1 teaspoon of currants
2 cups boiled chickpeas
1 handful of raisins
3 heads of garlic
2 lt broth + water mixture
5.5 cups of rice
(I soaked the rice in warm water for 30 minutes)
black pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
