Love your temperature blanket Kristen, and love the moss stitch, my oldest daughter also loves this stitch and uses it quite often in blankets and scarves.

Your blanket is looking beautiful! I live in FL (west coast) and I’m going to do a birthday temperature blanket. My inspiration was a Florida sunset 😊. So I’m going to crochet a granny square blanket recording the high, low, and humidity of the day. I’m excited and currently waiting on my yarn to arrive 😂.

OMG! I love that you are using variegated and love even more that you are using "I Love This Yarn". It is my favorite. Thank you for the inspiration. I might consider doing something temperature-wise with variegated. The Cinnamon Cedar is my favorite colorway and I use it to make hats. My next favorite is Instant Class, but I really love them all! The bible reading was beautiful. God Bless!

I am more of knitter, so I am doing a mitered square blanket that lets me do high and low temps for the day. I chose traditional rainbow colors. I agree with you that it lets each person come up with their own path.

It looks so cool! I had the same notion of one of my yarns or actually to do same days back to back or use the white ditto-repeat. I started a lows blanket too. Our lows are going back into the 30's whereas it's been 45 to 50. I pay more attention to the weather now. Congrats on your growth.
An idea that @clairescraftingcorner is doing for valentines day is putting crafters and makers vids in a playlist. The info is on my community page. I love that idea because we can actually share the whole Playlist on our channel too. I am thinking it would also give our channels watchtime views to our regular vids. I can't wait to share too!

I finally settled on heathered muted earth tones. As I did a swatch, I realized that instead of traditional rainbow colors, it worked up cool tones to warm tones and I love it. Yours is turning out beautifully though. Nontraditional colors end up being more aesthetically pleasing to me because my house is soooo not colorful and a rainbow would stick out horribly! That being said, your yarn choices are rainbow in a pleasing way and I’m a bit jealous.

Which premier yarn did you go with?
Anti pilling everyday worsted using another channel’s colors. Once they arrived some were too similar, I couldn’t really tell until I saw them in person. I went shopping in my leftover Joann Big Twist from my 2022 blanket. Better now 👍🫶
Your blanket is so pretty..love the idea of variegated yarns..Im also doing mine in moss stitch..I had tons of Big Twist..so thats what I went with..I learned my lesson last year with the number of deg spacing..Im in Texas..so the whole middle of my blanket was red..this year Im using more colors and smaller deg spacing...hoping it will be better...

Your blanket looks amazing!!! I am so behind, I’ve not even started! I had to order yarn and my package was damaged in transit so it was delayed. It finally came Friday and when I put my little chart together I realized the first color I needed to use wasn’t there…they had sent me a wrong color. Lol. It’s just funny bc if we were having “normal” January temps it wouldn’t have mattered but since it’s been warm I didn’t have the yarn I needed.

It is gorgeous!!! It will not only be a blanket, but a piece of fiber art to be displayed…it is so beautiful!!! I tell my self each week when I see it…I’m not going to buy any yarn…so far so good…not to say it may not change…holding strong🤣🤣🤣. When we are babies we are totally dependent on our parents and family to raise us. As we get older and learn of GOD we should be weaned from our parents and look to our Heavenly Father for guidance and understanding as we go through life. He will always lead us to his will. Thy will be done…I thank GOD because of who he is…my savior!!! We can always depend on GOD!!! Be safe and have a very blessed day❤✝️
