The Riptides won the World Series in 2023. So far this year though, they have yet to win a game. With the new look team, the Riptides have not been able to put a complete game together. Last game against the Ducks they fell apart on the mound allowing back-to-back home runs in the final inning. In the other games where they were able to pitch well, the bats never came alive. If everything clicks, the Riptides could turn this thing around.
The Mustangs are 11-1 in the regular season in franchise history. Sammy Reazer ever since he started as the captain with the Mustangs always finds ways to win games. This year their sights are on a World Series championship. A win here could help their chances by getting closer to one of the top seeds when it comes playoff time. Even though Reazer has not been able to figure it out at the plate yet, this team is deep and anyone is capable of pitching on the mound, or going yard. This team is legit.
