Such a beautiful and tasty looking pound cake! I'm 63 years old and my mother was a talented baker. She baked delicious pound cakes using the same 2 piece pan as yours. Part of her cooling process was to separate the pans and turn the cake upside down with the hole in the pan placed over a glass pop (soda) bottle. She made it look so easy. I bake my pound cakes in a bundt pan following the same procedures that you used in your video.
This was my first time making , I followed this step by step for thanksgiving and posted it on my channel BEST RECIPE EVEEERRRRRRR!!! Thanks so much for this ! God bless you ❤
I’ve never seen anyone bowl out the potatoes after you boil them whole that way before. What a great idea. Thank you for the tip! I’ll have to try this tomorrow when I bring a cassarole to work
This was so good...adding the Marshmallow fluff was a new twist for me. I made this for Thanksgiving everyone loved it will be making it for Christmas too! TFS!
This looks so good ! I made sweet potato casserole once , but it didn’t turn out good for some reason. The marshmallows got so hard as soon as I took it out of the over and the sweet potato tasted a little bitter 🥺 it was sad , I didn’t even know if I should put the leftovers in the fridge or not either
Hi, looks yummy! I make mine very similar to yours. I have one question... some people put an egg or two in theirs and I’ve done it both ways. Honestly, I don’t really see a huge difference because like you I add enough cream and butter to get that creamier texture and I feel that the egg sort of does the same thing. Do you ever add egg to yours? Do you think it makes a difference?
Hi Kelli! I've never tried adding an egg but I would think that it would also make it stiffer in texture since egg is a binder. If you want it to be more like a soufflé then it might be a good idea but you'd definitely have to temper it before mixing it in.
I'm new to the channel in I'm definitely making this I'll do it's for my Easter dinner if God WILL 3-31-21 at 10pm here in fort myers fla in it's look so good to my Eyes in i knows it's going to be delicious to my Tummy Too!!🍳🍞🍩🎂🍯🍗🍤🍛🍝🍲🍱@Danielle Lashawn

Probably 9x13
Thank you Danielle
I love sweet potato casserole. Can you send me the recipe
I don't have an exact recipe but the video shows the process step by step. The amount of sugar you add should be determined by tasting it.

it's sooo good!
Can I use food processor?
Sure
Thank Danielle
How much butter did you use for the strudel
If it's not in the description box I honestly don't know. I made it last year. Sorry.
Knowing me, I probably didn't measure but you should be able to find a streusel recipe online.
Hi! Thank you for all your amazing videos 😍
Question: Should the butter for the streusel topping be room temperature or chilled?
I would use room temperature butter bc it's easier to work with
@@DanielleLaShawn thank you!
No eggs?
You dont have to use eggs.
Ok thanks
How many people would you say this recipe could be for?
At least 12
How long did it take for you to boil the sweet potatoes whole? I don’t want to dice them either 😂
Maybe 40 minutes.
You could also just bake them but boiling is faster.
@@DanielleLaShawn thank you so much!
Hey Danielle I’m first 😊
Hey girl!! ❤️ Thanks for watching!

No eggs?😳
Wouldn't hurt if you want to add them. It would make tge mixture stiffer.
