Would you recommend this or the Motorola E13? I desperately need a phone upgrade. I'm still using a phone that runs on Android 10, and it's so frustrating. I just need a phone that doesn't freeze every few minutes when I'm trying to take notes, send messages or watch movies
I own an A04e and I think I'm returning it, it sucks so bad at gaming, I can't even play. And I got charged $200 for this, I preferred much the S9 I had before.
You can game with this phone but only light games. I tested out heavier than usual games on this phone to see its endurance to run the heaviest games. This is mostly targeted for people on tight budget
Long press on the app, tap on the "i" right of the word maps > force stop the app > Tap storage > clear cache > re-open the app. Make sure your GPS is on. If non works then reinstall the Maps app

I have a04e. I prefer samsung phones although there were no head phones. Excellent quality. Seems like the front screen was gorilla glass.

sorry for my late reply. it could be a bug in the OS but I guess there's a firmware patch released recently to address some of the issues on the phone
