I am a working woman.within 9 am I have to go to my office.I already used most of these technics.some additional tips are: for Pauli paste I used to soak in hot water.keep garlic ginger paste in fridge,vegetable cutting before night, wake up early,coconut powder preparation before night,etc are some other technics.
