Dear Dr Gundry! You are simply amazing and very inspiring. Love your work. I’ve done my diet transformation now. Struggling to find a lectin free substitute for wheat flower to use for bread and pancakes making. I can’t achieve the same consistency and viscosity with Coconut flower and almond meal. I’ll try millet and sorghum flower. Please advise 🙏 Oksana

Dr. Gundry, first of all THANK YOU for all the information you share in your podcasts. My question to you is: in your podcast you mentioned that ozone therapy is not recommended, but what about ozone water filters. I ask because my parents have had one for years and after you explained how ozone can be a slippery slop I started looking into it, and there are so many mixed reviews and information on it. Are ozone water filters safe? Thank you

Hello Dr Gundry, I watch as many of your podcasts as possible and am actively changing my diet in line with your recommendations. I have a problem, however. Three years ago I was hospitalised with diverticulitis from which I recovered though weakened. So your olive oil information has been great for my gut. However I lost weight at the time and have no desire to lose more. I’m 5ft 4in and weigh around 7 stones. I’m a fit 75 year old woman though suffer at times from a hiatal hernia and athsma. How can I maintain my weight. Evelyn

Dr. Grundy, talking about leaves, Is there lectins on Pepper, or Chilli Leaves, we always eat those leaves, we put them on bone broth, with sliced green papaya, you can also use Moringa leaves, but usually we put those pepper leaves and it's good, if you are sick with fever, and eat that bone broth with sliced green papaya, pepper/chilli leaves, ginger, you will get well soon.

But I don't know if this is healthy longterm so please let me know your opinion on this topic.

Dr. Gundry, I’ve had stomach issues and after getting the covid vaccine, I had such bad stomach issues that I have never experienced. I could not digest any food that I ate which began my fasting journey! I had orange liquid end up in the toilet within minutes of eating. I ordered your BioComplete and started taking Psyllium husk before meals and boy did that help! I wonder if there is a link that has not been studied with people who have gastrointestinal issues and the covid vaccine.

Hi Dr G. Thanks for all your information. I had a brain tumor in the pituitary area, it was benign. So I was supposed to inject HGH because my levels of IGF-1 where low, so the doctor change the brand and it produces a burning reaction inside my body even though I inject very little so for the last six months I have not been injecting any. Now my IGF-1 is 60!! It is too low and that’s why I do not have any energy at all. I will ask today to my Endocrinology’s to return to the other brand and I will for sure start injecting the HGH daily.

So you got tigers and Panthers and wolves they are not eating leaves and are one of the most athletic animals so I'd say if your lifestyle is likely active like a gorilla or monkey, who they spend most of the day sleeping/ seated and eating yeah go for a veggie diet
