- The new HK-G36 was added in update 13.2 of SCP:SL and completely changes the game. Want a gun that does nearly the same damage as an E-11 rifle and has the fire rate of an SMG with the recoil of a vector? This gun's for you.
Combined with a cola, a hat or simply just a bunch of ammo you can take anything on from a whole fresh chaos spawn wave to multiple SCP's, and trust me, I've done it several times before. This weapon allows the user to consistently annihilate anything that moves and in most cases is much more optimal than the Micro H.I.D. 173, 106 and 049 don't stand a chance.
I find the default weapon with no modifications can be a bit unwieldy, especially without the hipfire accuracy of the laser sight, the bad FOV ironsights, the non-ideal accuracy and recoil of the default stock and the weight of the 100rnd mag. truthfully i think its rarity is what balances it. the only real issue is how easy it is to get from 914
very true. You can make the worst gun in the game (A7) with a super low chance and a lot of time but you can consistently guarantee yourself to make the G36 very easily.
The ammo type is also easy to find and create in 914, since every mtf spawn atleast 40-120 rounds
As op as this gun is, it still cannot compete with the unmatched power of the COM-15

The way you play is just so fun to watch, you're good but also actually able to figure out the "coolest" way to win scenarios if that makes sense instead of just ultra-tryhard.

lol, depends what you class as a win I suppose.
now all we need is a shotgun and revolver type weapon for the MTF, hell yeah! i was thinking, maybe a desert eagle for the revolver weapon, and possibly a spas-12 for the shotgun or something.
The funny thing about this weapon that no one talks about is how the logicer is actually better. It has higher damage per second, more ammo, and chaos spawn with several of them. So if anything, the mg is actually balanced.

Oh yeah, the new LMG is NUTTY. So powerful. Very pretty with nice firing sounds too! Very good weapon, it is very rare tho. You either craft it with an already rare item, grab it out of pcs room, or spawn with it. Very strong, but there’s very, very few of them compared to the… I think 4 logicers a chaos wave can spawn with? It’s nutty because it’s hard to get theoretically, and still kinda hard in practice.

Honestly this is exactly what the game needed, a fun powerweapon to shift the course of games with. I hope there's no nerfs, this thing is so buttery I don't think I'll be able to go back to using the E11 or Vec

Me personally I don’t think the gun needs to be nerfed, it’s super powerful but it’s by far the rarest non crafted gun in the game behind micro.

There’s a law in SCP SL, and it’s that the round ends one of two ways:
You’re an absolute shitter and you can’t get any kills
Or
You become John Wick and the only possible way the enemy can kill you is you run out of ammo

The G36 is only given to MTF Captains, and otherwise can only be obtained from 914; and 914 upgrading takes time. So I feel like this is decently balanced for now.

SL removed lieutenants for sergeants, commander for captain. but why do the cadets stay? they should be operatives. nobody send's cadets to an actual breach.

The volume is quite low. I use a plugin to turn it up to about 300% volume in order to hear everything. Could you increase the volume for next video?

The gun is extremely easy to get in 914, you can get it every game 100% of the time by just spamming guns on fine. Most of the time you're gonna get it in 2-4 upgrades on fine, sure it's rare but with 914 in the game for ~11 minutes, 5 of which the SCP's usually aren't in light means the gun is pretty easy to get.
