Whenever I'm stressed, this is the channel for me. Lowers my blood pressure by many points. So relaxing, like watching fish in a fish tank. Another super job. That's a crazy long driveway. Good clients I'm sure.
All I needed was to watch a stranger’s drive way get sealcoated today… I found a new way to happiness. One’s got to be careful though, it does not end at sealcoating; I’m watching people’s pools get cleaned, gardens mowed now and I am so happy everywhere in the world is all nice and tidy in the end. Guys, jokes aside, your videos are hypnotic and what is admired mostly is a job perfectly done. Keep up the good work. And if I ever get a house with a driveway, I know who to call now.
man i was thinking the exact same thing... i was thinking it would be a crime to finish this youtube video without doing a drone shot before and after flying down the driveway
always assumed with now what i can see are brushes to be silicon/rubber blades. what a beautiful property that was and awesome job lads 👏👏👏 so calming to watch.
This video was so helpful for me. I was able to think super clearly while watching. Also reading the comments was encouraging.. your fan based is great.
My gosh you guys are so good at what you do. I also love when you give us the "peace" sign at the end as you are taping off the driveway. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! 😍
the PEACE Hand Sign is done with the PALM toward the signer. what he gave is considered a rude gesture, believed to hark back to the days of archery, where the English archers would make that sign to the French, captured English Archers would have those two fingers cut off.
@@limpstimpy9203 correct. A trained archer could shoot 12 arrows a minute, but some sources say that the most skilled archers could fire twice this number. At the battle of Agincourt (1415), 1,000 arrows were fired every second. when the flintlock gun was invented it was a step back in many ways.
Why is this so fun to watch? I'm planning on doing it to my driveway (first time)---you guys make it look so easy, although I'm sure it's harder than it looks--but I kind of can't wait to do it!
God damn it, Andru! Now I know that where all my tasty Italian dark choco-cola sludge has gone!! You'll have to pay for it now, i bet ya I'm coming for y'all 😂😂!!
Yes sir enjoying another video on my day off seems like a fun job you guys are out side cool trails like this good times good vibes wish you the best ....or golf ⛳ pathways whatever wherever that is looks ✌️ peaceful 😁
what precision of coating with 1/8 inch of sealcoat...3x to even out and 2x finishing brush...wow to know exactly how to spread n then how much pressure to make sure the sealcoat covers the surface almost with same concentration...4 legs and 4 hands in harmony...its mesmerizing to watch
This channel just rocks. Hands down. I enjoy & respect your work. The music is always on point & matches the effort you always put in. Props form Sydney Australia. 🇦🇺🤘💪.
love your touch with the blower...you have to twirl in a circular motion to blow away the leaves just like the landscapers do. Your spacing and allowing the tar to puddle is really precise... no wasted materials. What happen to the leftover tar in the tank - can they be heated for the next job. Sure hate to see them toss out...
I know nothing about seal coating; haven't ever really thought about seal coating, but I watched both videos, Pt 1 & Pt 2 and found them enjoyable and oddly satisfying....kind of like adult coloring, I guess...?
Good work. Nice job. Impressive attention to detail with those brushes... certainly avoids the overspray on unintended objects that results from use of a sealant sprayer.
Ha, ha......another great vid. Loved the slow-mo beginning with the look of the mask and brush spin. Cool And peace sign at the end. Just relaxing to watch the work being done. Always looks smooth.
Can you do an update video of a job you've previously done? For example, a 6 month or 1 year update? I've seen sealcoats that look amazing when first applied and then turned into absolute garbage (cracks everywhere) so I'm curious to see the difference after a good amount of time has passed. Also what kind of seal coat do you use? I'm assuming it must be oil based. Thanks.
There was something really gratifying watching you guys doing that job, the length of the drive was incredible and the finish was just like a newly laid drive, nice job well done 👍
What a beautiful job again. You two are in sync with each other. It was good seeing you two dance flawlessly around other! That drive is massive! What is the area of the drive?
A fabulous video as always. However I'm a bit bummed out that we didn't get to hear the sound of that spray nozzle being dragged on the blacktop. I know it's odd but that sound is very pleasing on some weird level. Love it. Great job...... enough said. Peace out ✌️
It's called ASMR, and I bet many others will appreciate it too. Audio sensory mnemonic response. Careful, ASMR videos are a huge rabbit hole to go down!
Your Work is amazing. Dam good job. One suggestion. On big job like that. It would have been cool to use a Drone and give a photo shoot before and after the job was done, Just a thought. You do beautiful work. keep the mission alive!
Omg, that was so fun and satisfying to watch! I need my driveway sealed but I’m afraid to get a estimate because I know they will charge me thousands of dollars for the short driveway I have.
Do you use any additives like fast dry or thickeners. Just asking because we use a thicker material and your material seems water down. I do prefer the water down material myself.
This might seem like a dumb question but what is that good for? is it like painting the road? Gives a new & fresh feeling so they don't have to dig up the old? other then that, good job on the work and video :) i like watching them
It makes it look better, but it can more then double the life of the driveway if you get it done regularly. A driveway this long is huge $$ to get replaced. A driveway this long can cost $150,000 or more to have put in so doubling it's life saves you a ton of money in the long run.
The human brain is a wonderful thing. If I see dust in a video my throat closes up, smoke I smell it, near the end of this video there was a hot tarry smell. I smell grass on a video, and the sea, no, wait, I live next to the sea. The day after 9/11 I got to work noticing the sky was empty yet all day I smelled aviation fuel. At 120ish miles from Manhattan there is a tiny tiny chance the smoke could have reached us but not fill up a huge building with 20 separate ventilation systems. The anxiety and perceived smoke smell was enough to send me home. Another memory of that day was people wearing ‘we survived the Twin Towers’ t-shirts.

Agree oddly enough this is very satisfying and relaxing to watch.
@@SEALCOATINGISLIFE how much does a driveway like that typically cost for this?
$800
i guess some of us guys just like to put in the work, and when we see these types of videos they're actually relaxing for us? idk
One of my favorite parts is timing the blob and watching you show up to brush it away before it gets out of control. Really fun to watch.
Blob control, very tricky to control 🤣🤣
I just found this video so satisfying to watch, you two guys did a great job 👏
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks E
You should get a drone so we can see it from overhead, when finished.
If the channel keeps on growing the way that is has been, I’ll be able to hire someone to film us full time.

To work with someone and not have to speak is a wonderful thing. Perfect two part harmony. "priceless"
Exactly. We don’t NEED to speak. We usually save the chit-chat for the truck.
