Husband did this got instant relief and shrinkage! But then did it ever since and hasn't helped as much but still healthier than creams. Thanks for all your excellent tips you really care about people!
You're welcome, @pianotnt! Itching hemorrhoids can be bothersome. In addition to general care, consider using over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams or ointments for relief.
Have you seen hemorrhoids as a cause of, or contributor to, feet and ankle edema? I believe either hemorrhoid(s) or another vascular constriction in my bowels, or large intestine, is causing this formerly intermittent but now chronic edema problem. 😖. High salt/sodium intake is NOT the issue. I am a woman in my late 60’s, under weight, no heart issues, no diabetes, no Rx meds, but w.long term GI issues (leaky gut, candida, blah blah), and definitely vascular insufficiency (spider veins; borderline varicose veins; etc.). I keep researching, but having a hard time finding answers. Also, I’m on Medicare and have yet to find a good PCP who understands integrative / holistic healthcare. It is maddening.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're dealing with hemorrhoids, they can be so uncomfortable! Applying certain treatments might cause a slight stinging sensation initially, especially if they contain ingredients like witch hazel or certain essential oils. However, it shouldn't be too intense and usually subsides quickly. If you're concerned about the stinging, you could try using a different product
@@NaturalHealthResources thank you! It isn’t itchy or that painful, more annoying. I will try that method. I usually can knock em out but this one is hanging on! Thank you 😊
I apologize for any confusion. The recommended ratio of 3 parts water to 1 part apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a general guideline. However, the actual appearance of the mixture may vary depending on factors such as the type of ACV used and individual preferences. Feel free to adjust the ratio to achieve the consistency that works best for you. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I appreciate your understanding.
Apple cider vinegar is recommended for its specific properties, but it’s not the only option. If you’re looking for alternatives, you can use other types of vinegar, like white vinegar or rice vinegar, though they might not have the same benefits.
Hello! For gall bladder and chronic cystitis issues, as well as liver concerns, the appropriate dosage of apple cider vinegar (ACV) can vary from person to person. It's essential to consult with me to get personalized advice based on your specific health condition and needs. bit.ly/3EmExdU

It can be tricky with measurements! Yes, if you mix 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar with 3 teaspoons of water, that should be a good dilution. Just make sure to test a small amount first to see how your skin reacts. Hope this helps! 😊
