Yo add some crazy reverb to the cowbell and use ear magic to have the bass in tune with the cowbell. You can bring the bass to a high octave such as C7 or C8 and find the key that matches the cowbell. I like to copy the cowbell melody on to the bass on a seperate pattern and match them, then fin the first key and use that as a reference. As for the drums, I think you should add some extra hats like a hat roll with a hi-hat(not a open house hat) and add maybe a shaker loop. I think it'd sound great😊
