🙏Thanks 👍everyone needs to understand how important muscles around this joints, and how important attachments points. Correct gait, solves many problems, but for correct gait needs correct musculature ;) in doctor Gill Hedley videos Your can see results from inside what's happened with tissues in real body, if ribs don't moved like should.
In the back Muscles crossing points connected to the ribs to realise not easy job, almost people got fibrotic muscles all ready..;(
Thanks for all videos, and for nice explanation...ankle biomechanics, Achilles tendon shortness, fibular bone fixation dislocation, knee joint rebuilding, hamstring, hip...and lower back pain;) easy to follow body connections with Your information...Thanks

Hello Sir. I just discovered your YT Chanel ... You are amazing, 10/10. I would like to ask you since you’ve made this Ribs video - could you make a video about Costochondritis? And also, do you have any sugestions on how to go about treating it? I can get in great detail about it since I have it for the past year and still strugle with it.

Such thoughts must have been a long way from the mind of the commercial fisherman who hooked a 400kg ((882lbs) tiger shark 32km (20 miles) off Venice, Florida, in March 1944.

You mentioned dislocation of the ribs at the sternum is possible and not good, how easy does this occur? I've had shoulder back issue for few years, the rib on my sternum seems to be protruding and more over the sternum at the joint then the opposite rib, could muscle imbalance cause gradual dislocation or would it really need to be heavy impact to occur?

What did you mean by the" ribs are a half a step out of phase with the vertebra" ?

They are b/w the level of the vertebral bodies, half of the head attaches to the one above and half below
