I really appreciate you getting these interviews. I also love that the bands are willing to talk to up-and-coming content creators instead of just main stream media these days. I know these are probably a lot of work to set up but thank you guys for doing so.
You'd be surprised - maybe it's different now, but when I worked for a college paper (not even a proper newspaper or magazine), all it took was an email or phone call to a publicist to set up an interview. I interviewed Fieldy (Korn), Art Alexakis (Everclear), a pile of smaller-ish bands (Von Bondies, Plain White T's, Motion City Soundtrack, Drive-By Truckers). A bunch of others I've since forgotten. If anything, I think most artists are probably more likely to go to YT or other social media than traditional media for promotional purposes - kids don't read newspapers or watch broadcast TV anymore.

Her vocals from Doomswitch really sound like Brandon from Atreyu, not comparing they are both talented in their rights but considering how atreyu also has two heavy vocalists with good synergy I can see how it works so well.
I haven’t seen anybody talk about it but Alex is so hot 😂 not only is she a good vocalist and a huge improvement to my favorite band of all time but she’s hot too so there’s another plus
the all star dude is jon sudano! he has a really sick blackgaze band he plays drums in these days called deadyellow his content transitioned to mostly drum covers in the last few years but hes fuckin sick
