Alisha's Story: "Floxed at 18 - my Journey Towards Recovery"

  • In 2013, at age 18, Alisha took just 3 pills of ciprofloxacin as prescribed for a simple UTI. After her third pill, she experienced a frightening reaction which would change the course of her life over the next 7 years.
Alisha has made major strides of recovery in achieving wellness. With patience and hard work, Alisha has improved her memory and overall health using holistic approaches such as diet and acupuncture. Although her memory is not the same and she still has visual disturbances (floaters), she has come a long way since her initial injury. Her message to others is to never give up and always remain optimistic for improvement.
In 2016, the FDA issued stronger black box warnings regarding the severe and sometimes permanent adverse reactions of CNS and musculoskeletal damage.
Hundreds of thousands worldwide have been similarly "floxed"; is not as rare as the medical establishment has led us to believe.
Iatrogenic injuries are one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. The information you receive from your doctor may not always represent the full truth. When facing the decision to take a pharmaceutical, it is critical to do your own research.
Your life may depend on it.
Listen to the people, they speak truth.
If you are suffering, you are not alone, and your story will not go unheard.
    Pharmaceutical injuries are REAL.

Hi! I don’t know if anyone is reading my lines, but I also received a few pills of cipro in December 2017. My problems started a month later. I had a heart attack twice, I went through a complete mental decline. I couldn’t fall asleep - it was that I didn’t sleep for 1 minute for 8 days, which was probably the hardest part. I sobbed ... If I managed to sleep, I had nightmares all the time. There were electric shocks in my body, I was constantly derealized and depersonalized. Everything hurt, my right arm didn’t move for 2 years. Disaster this drug, I almost died. I also saw yellow lights and a bell. It's been 3 years and I'm better, but I still need at least 1 year to be perfectly fine. My personality was also affected by this horrible drug. Never take such medication. pS: I'm from Hungary so in Europe we have same issues with fluoroquinolones.

So sorry for all of us who have suffered ADR to these drugs. My symptoms have been CNS symptoms.
Is Cipro a Chemo drug as I've heard through groups it is a failed Chemo drug, so can anyone confirm which is the case. TIA
My best wishes to all Floxies 💪😊

I was floxed 4.5 yrs ago ive been through some rough times in life but I never in my wildest dream knew that life could get as bad a getting floxed I could walk for 8 months after that I had to walk around the block once a day. I had neuropathy slept like 2 hrs a night for months everything I ate went right through me I lost all my muscle mass went from 190 to 130lbs I had sever anxiety couldn't go out in public the lain was so bad but every vitamin or pain killer made me way worse bc of the nervous central damage I was at like 6 doctors 3 specialist had so many tests done there anted to send me to John hopkins insurance denied me whatever you think hell is this is it. Its been 4.5 yrs I can hike 10 to 15 miles a day If I over do it I still strain tendons and have to take days off for them to heal I sleep normal again I can eat normal but I still eat organic mostly and no foods that are fortified with vitamins I still can no longer take vitamins minerals no chemicals at all or I get symptoms. Noone can understand d how devastating this is without living it I just can't think of anything close to how terrifying it is while your going through this and I was never scared of anything was tough strong guy and this humbled me like nothing I ever could've imagined I was helpless doctors couldn't help noone could help. I thought many time of just ending all the pain for good, I wouldve never made it through without my mother and believing in good bc it wasn't worth living at the time. But stay strong tou will get better but it can take a very long time every minute feels like and hour every hour feels like a day its scary during it but just pray and hopefully you have someone that will listen to you don't give up plz God bless

@@docjnsn73a sorry to hear that man it really makes life hard to enjoy. I still have a laundry list of problems that I keep telling myself will get better but haven't yet. I have crazy body wide muscle pain and neuropathy from the Levaquin and I'm pretty sure it's here to stay. I have to eat completely organic and stay away from gluten and anything with added nutrients like cereal. I can't take any vitamins or supplements or I get way worse I pretty much eat eggs chicken salads and healthy meat. I get cbd and thc from organic grown places the cbd off the internet I suggest trying it if possible. For the psych drugs avoid them at all costs they have alot of side effects and gave me drug induced parkisons from a mixture of zoloft Buspar and trazadone all at once I told them my muscles were twitching and spasms and they told me.it was anxiety. So I've had so much happen im not really sure what did what but I know that Levaquin destroyed my quality of life and benzo withdrawal idk never make it through either of them again I know that. Sorry to hear your in the same boat just try to stay strong and hope tomorrow will be better

Dr. Mark Ghalili of LA regenerative medicine a licensed Doctor can treat your toxicity i'm so sorry this happened to you he treated a patient in grade 8 she had been to 8 other doctors and because this basically chemo drug or rna dna synthesis inhibitor needs nuclear labs etc slide of mitochondria etc. Only thing a doctor can find if smart enough would be the nutrient and mineral depletion from your body like magnesium. Problem is classed as a antibiotic its actually one the powerful meds a human can take, if you get cancer chemo wont take after taking one of these folks sorry.Chemo drugs designed to kill cancer actually can give you cancer for cipro non smoking related lung cancer and bowel cancer around the 5 year mark after you taken it has been found. Your gut health needs to get fixed if a man your hormones need to get fixed. there are 30 pages of black box warnings with these now and the majority of the population have one of these in there system now for example 2018 Canada issued 3 million of these alone the U.S> 37 million that year. So they are handing these out like candy and injuring and killing people outright and they trying to cover it up. Its why Monsanto Bayer's internal operations got shut down while a 100 million dollar black op was discovered to shut people up, it only made the front page in germany of may 19 of 2019. There are 100 names on this list and they need to be brought to justice. You folks need to decide whether a crimes against humanity trial will be needed because it involves millions of people almost over 35 years in zone 1 Europe first . 1% Cipro is actually around 10-14% first time floxed whether you have the effects immediately in days or tear a ligament 6 months down the road and not know it was from these so called antibiotics. In ER setting these are the first line of defense to treat your minor infections so you need to take your power back people i have the support of the surgeon generals office there devastated with the damages to peoples brains and nervous systems alone. I was given Cipro for a complicated uti i had blood in my urine in a iv form no side effects given it was explained it worked like advantage flea medicine to stop the spread of the infection duplicating like the advantage by not allowing the flea to reproduced and they have a 3 day life cycle so they die off that way. You have to change your diet radically to NO GLUTEN, egg yokes are very important pork and chicken boliune etc. i had 4 months of panic attacks floaters in my vision for 8 months my vision is bad now. To any of you that suffer you have my upmost sympathy empathy and love i never in my 51 years ever went through a ailment for this long i'm only strong enough to take my dog for a walk 36 months later. Bless you and Dr. Ghalili can treat you he is on youtube and shows the recovery story and he is educating doctors of the dangers of these antibiotics.

@@docjnsn73aVery very sorry you are going through this you hit your fluoride limit for the body. This is the most solid treatment available and it was done with him the other doctors and the advanced labs it took him several months. I have more than half raised for my treatment I live in Canada. From experience the 8-9 days of cipro i took and a glob of toothpaste i swallowed with sodium fluoride i'm still recovering no treatment 3.5 years later. his treatments could save years in recovery for sure. The stem cells are harvested processed over time and placed back into the body with new mitochondria. Bless you sir and if you do go you will feel better in days like the patients in his vids. P.S> there is a list of medicines you cannot take okay NSAIDS alieve acetominephin etc any flouorodated medicine even crestor etc he has the list availible for other Doctors to see to help them out. So yeah we need several treatment centers all over with the millions affected mostly from miss use for the minor infection etc where it was not needed etc.

@@MegaMikeylikes This whole fluoride myth really needs to die. Quinolones were already severely harming people long before the addition of fluoride and their becoming fluoroquinolones. Many Rx drugs contain fluoride yet they do not all permanently maim people the way Cipro and Levaquin do. If it was simply a fluoride issue, *many* drugs would cause floxing.
